Welcome to Kirayanama. Kirayanama is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool designed to help landlords manage properties, track rent, and send reminders to tenants. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
As a user, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your properties and tenants. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you enter. You agree not to misuse the platform for any illegal activities or to harass tenants.
Kirayanama offers two tiers of service:
The Pro Plan is billed as a recurring monthly subscription via Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Razorpay portal. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan limits at the end of your billing cycle.
Kirayanama is exclusively a record-keeping and reminder tool. We are not a party to any rental agreement between landlords and tenants. We are not responsible for actual rent disputes, unpaid rent, eviction processes, or any financial loss. You use the service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
